For Private Sound Healing Sessions:

1. Payment Terms:

   • 50% deposit due upon booking to secure dates and services.

   • Remaining balance due 7 days before the event.

   • Payments accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Full refund if canceled more than 14 days before the event.

   • 50% refund if canceled 7-14 days before the event.

   • No refund if canceled less than 7 days before the event.

3. Equipment and Setup:

   • Event organizer responsible for any damage to equipment caused by participants.

4. Liability:

   • Soulful Soundz Studio is not liable for injuries or damages during the event.

   • Participants should inform the practitioner of any pre-existing conditions.

5. Confidentiality:

   • Participant information and workshop content will be kept confidential and not shared without consent.

By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

For Sound Healing Events:

1. Booking & Confirmation
   A booking is considered confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit (if applicable) are received. The balance is due 2 days prior to the event.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total fee. No refund available if canceled less than 7 days before the event. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.

3. Setup & Breakdown
   We require a minimum of 30 minutes for setup and 20 minutes for breakdown. Please ensure the event space is accessible and ready at least 1 hour before the session begins.

4. Travel Fees
   A travel fee will apply for all in-person events. Please inquire for specific rates.

5. Equipment & Space
   The client is responsible for providing a safe, quiet environment and sufficient space for the sound healing session. We require a space free from loud noises or distractions.

6. Liability
   While sound healing is a safe practice, the client assumes full responsibility for any medical conditions or concerns during the session. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before attending if there are any health concerns.

7. Payment
   Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. All fees must be settled in full before the event begins.

8. Force Majeure
   We are not liable for any disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, illness, or other events beyond our control.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

For Sound Healing Courses:
These Terms & Conditions apply to courses, workshops, and practitioner training offered by Soulful Soundz Studio (“Soulful Soundz,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Enrollment and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your place unless your enrollment offer specifies a different payment arrangement.

• Your enrollment confirmation will identify the course, tuition, schedule, format, and included materials.

• Tuition covers only the items expressly included in your enrollment offer. Instruments, travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated.

• Enrollment is confirmed once the required payment and acceptance of these terms have been received.

2. Refund, Cancellation, and Withdrawal Policy

All enrollment payments, including deposits and installment payments, are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided under Section 5.

• Reserving your place commits you to the full tuition stated at enrollment.

• We do not provide refunds for changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, missed classes, withdrawal, nonparticipation, failure to complete assignments, or failure to meet certification requirements.

• Failure to attend or access course materials does not cancel your enrollment or create a right to a refund.

• Course materials and digital resources cannot be returned for a refund. Deleting, returning, or choosing not to use them does not change this policy.

• Personal circumstances, including illness, employment changes, travel disruptions, or financial hardship, do not automatically qualify for a refund, credit, or transfer.

• Nothing in these terms limits mandatory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights. Providing access to materials does not, by itself, waive those rights.

Send withdrawal notices and refund requests to soulfulsoundzstudio@gmail.com, including your name, course, and enrollment date. Any refund required by law will be processed within the applicable legal deadline.

3. Payment Plans

• A payment plan divides the total tuition into installments; it is not a monthly subscription or pay-per-class arrangement.

• Subject to applicable law, withdrawing, missing classes, or discontinuing participation does not cancel installments owed under the agreed plan.

• Payments remain due on the dates accepted at enrollment unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Overdue payments may result in suspension of course access, participation, or certificate issuance after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the balance.

• No additional charges or changes to the payment schedule will apply without appropriate disclosure and agreement.

4. Transfers, Deferrals, and Missed Classes

• Enrollment is personal and may not be transferred to another person without written approval.

• Deferral to a future cohort is not guaranteed. Requests must be submitted in writing before the original course begins.

• Any approved deferral is subject to availability, future course offerings, and written terms. Approval does not create a cash refund entitlement.

• Missed classes do not entitle students to a refund, private replacement session, or additional instruction.

• Replays and make-up opportunities are available only if included in the enrollment offer or separately confirmed in writing.

5. Changes or Cancellation by Soulful Soundz

• We may make reasonable adjustments to instructors, class sequence, or individual session dates while preserving the course’s essential content and instructional value.

• If we cancel the entire course before it begins, students may choose a full refund or an available alternative course.

• If we discontinue a course after it begins, we will refund the portion of tuition attributable to instruction and services not delivered.

• If we materially change the course’s overall dates, delivery format, or scope, affected students may decline the change and receive a refund for the undelivered portion.

• Travel and accommodation arrangements are the student’s responsibility. Any limitation on reimbursement remains subject to applicable law.

6. Participation and Certification

• Students are responsible for attending required sessions, completing assigned work, following safety instructions, and meeting the assessment standards provided for their course.

• Enrollment or payment alone does not guarantee certification or advancement to the next training level.

• Certification requires successful completion of the stated course requirements and payment of all tuition due.

• Any reassessment opportunities, deadlines, or additional fees will be disclosed before they apply.

• A Soulful Soundz certificate documents completion of its training requirements. It does not constitute a medical license, government-issued professional credential, or authorization to practice a regulated profession.

• We do not guarantee employment, income, clients, or particular personal or professional results.

7. Instruments and Course Materials

• Instrument requirements and any equipment provided for classroom use will be identified before enrollment.

• Students must handle supplied instruments carefully and follow instructions. Students may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for damage caused by negligent or intentional misuse, excluding ordinary wear.

• Instrument purchases are governed by the separate sales, delivery, warranty, and return terms disclosed at purchase. These enrollment terms do not replace those terms.

8. Health, Safety, and Scope of Practice

• This training is educational. It does not provide medical or mental health diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care.

• Students should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about any condition that may affect safe participation and privately communicate any relevant accommodation needs.

• Students may pause or decline an experiential activity and should notify the instructor promptly if they experience discomfort.

• Students agree to practice within their training and competence, obtain appropriate consent, and avoid presenting sound practices as a guaranteed cure or replacement for healthcare.

• Nothing in these terms excludes liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual Property

• Course manuals, workbooks, recordings, assessments, and other original materials remain the property of Soulful Soundz or their respective owners.

• Enrollment grants an individual, nontransferable license to use the supplied materials for personal learning and to inform your own practice.

• Materials may not be shared, resold, published, uploaded, or used to reproduce or teach the Soulful Soundz Method™ training without written permission.

• Completing the course does not authorize students to train or certify others in the Soulful Soundz Method™ or represent themselves as an authorized instructor.

10. Confidentiality, Recording, and Conduct

• Students must respect the privacy of classmates and refrain from sharing identifying details, personal disclosures, screenshots, or recordings without permission.

• Students may not record classes without prior written authorization.

• If sessions will be recorded by Soulful Soundz, students will receive advance information about the recording’s purpose, access, and available participation options.

• Promotional use of a student’s image, voice, or testimonial requires separate permission.

• Harassment, discrimination, unsafe conduct, unauthorized sharing of materials, or serious disruption may result in removal. Where appropriate, we will first provide notice and an opportunity to correct the conduct.

• Removal does not automatically create a refund entitlement. Any retained tuition or remaining payment obligation remains subject to applicable law.

11. Acceptance and Student Support

These terms must be available for review before payment. By checking the enrollment agreement box or signing below, you confirm that you have reviewed the course details, tuition, payment schedule, and these Terms & Conditions, including the refund policy.

Changes to an individual enrollment agreement must be confirmed in writing. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer protections.

Instrument Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to instrument and accessory purchases from Soulful Soundz Studio, LLC (“Company”), including singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, tuning forks, instrument sets, and related products.

2. Payment and Order Confirmation

• Full payment is required before shipment or collection unless a separate payment arrangement is approved in writing.

• Product specifications, prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment.

• For approved payment plans, installments are due according to the agreed schedule. Instruments will be released once payment is complete unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Buyers must review their order details, including instrument type, size, quantity, and any specified tuning or customization, before purchasing.

3. All Sales Final — No Refunds

All instrument and accessory sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for changes of mind or personal preferences, except where required by applicable law.

This policy includes:

• Instruments that have not been used or remain in their original packaging.

• Dissatisfaction with an instrument’s sound, appearance, size, or feel when it matches the description and specifications agreed upon at purchase.

• Changes in financial circumstances, intended use, or purchasing needs.

• Withdrawal from, nonattendance at, or cancellation of participation in a training program.

Instrument purchases are separate from course enrollment unless the written purchase offer expressly states otherwise. Course withdrawal does not independently create a right to return instruments.

4. Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after payment unless the Company agrees in writing or applicable law requires otherwise. This includes custom, personalized, and special-order instruments.

If the Company cannot fulfill an order, the buyer will receive a refund for the unavailable items and any associated charges attributable to those items. A substitute will be supplied only with the buyer’s agreement.

5. Instrument Characteristics

Some instruments may have natural or handmade variations in color, finish, texture, markings, and tonal character. Variations consistent with the product description that do not affect function are not, by themselves, defects.

Photographs and recordings are illustrative unless identified as representing the exact instrument purchased. Audio playback equipment and recording conditions can affect how an instrument sounds online. These provisions do not excuse a failure to meet expressly agreed specifications.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Collection

• Shipping costs, estimated timelines, and collection arrangements will be communicated before payment.

• Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

• Additional delivery costs resulting from buyer-supplied address errors or missed delivery arrangements may be charged where disclosed and permitted by law.

• If shipment is delayed, the Company will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

• For international orders, responsibility for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges will be disclosed before purchase.

7. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

The final-sale policy does not eliminate applicable rights when an instrument arrives damaged, is defective, is incorrect, or is not delivered.

Please inspect your order promptly and contact soulfulsoundzstudio@gmail.com as soon as you discover a problem. Include:

• Your name and order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Photographs or video, where reasonably possible.

• Photographs of shipping packaging if transit damage is involved.

Keep the instrument and packaging while the issue is reviewed. Do not ship an item back without return instructions.

The Company will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund where required by law. A carrier or supplier investigation does not remove the Company’s applicable obligations to the buyer.

8. Care and Warranties

Buyers must follow applicable handling, storage, cleaning, and use instructions. Damage caused after delivery by dropping, impact, improper storage, misuse, or unauthorized modification is not covered by this voluntary policy, without limiting applicable legal rights.

Any manufacturer’s warranty or additional Company warranty will be identified separately. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
